Germany: 5.90 euros – free shipping from an order value of 175 euros

Austria: 10.00 euros

Rest of the EU: 15.00 euros

USA: 35.00 euros

Free shipping from 175 euros applies to deliveries within Germany.

Delivery time

Within Germany 2–4 working days. International delivery times may differ.

Carrier

We ship with DHL. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Returns

Register your return in our returns portal and receive your DHL label by e-mail. An exchange is free of charge; for a refund we deduct 5.00 euros in return costs from the refund amount. All details can be found under Right of withdrawal.
