It's unfortunate that there's a reason for returning our products. To reduce the number of returns, it's important to us to know the reasons for your return. The environment will thank us.

RETURN POLICY AND REFUND

The returned products must:

  • In perfect condition and complete (i.e. with accessories, instructions for use, labels, etc.)
  • Not soiled or washed

If these conditions are not observed, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to waive any refund.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Log in to your customer account if you have one. Guests please use the form above.
  • Go to area "My Orders" and click on “Request a return” for the corresponding order.
  • Select the items you wish to return and enter the Reason for return to.
  • You will receive within 48 hours a confirmation of the return request with the status “ Status: Pending Shipment ” by email.
  • Please send the items that do not meet your expectations (in original condition and with label) to the following address:

Please note that the shipping costs (see terms and conditions) will be borne by you. We recommend sending the return as a parcel (including a tracking number) to avoid delivery problems.

METHOD AND TIME OF REFUND

Refunds will be made via the payment method specified in the order confirmation within 14 days after receiving your return.

The processing time of such requests may vary in the case of Natural disasters or health emergencies beyond our control may cause delays.

This is how your return works with us

  1. Log in to your customer account. You can find this in the menu bar under "Account."
  2. Navigate to the relevant order and request your return there.
  3. We manually review each request and release the return if it meets our guidelines.
  4. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with all further information. You can also see the address where we will receive the return below.
  5. Please enclose the delivery note or order slip with the return package.

If you no longer have this, a handwritten note with your order number is sufficient – ​​this way we can clearly identify your return.

We can only process your return if you follow this process. We reserve the right to refuse returns without prior authorization.
