1.2 The General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract are part of the contract.
1.3 We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers and only in household quantities.
2. Copyrights and Industrial Property Rights
2.1 The content of this website is legally protected. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute or use for commercial purposes any material protected by copyright, trademark law or competition law – in particular texts, illustrations, graphics, software, videos, music, trademarks, logos and other company identifiers – without prior written consent.
2.2 Insofar as content from Love Joy Victory is made available for download, no rights of use beyond the purpose underlying the download are granted.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC by e-mail. The GTC can be viewed at any time here. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery Conditions
4.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.
4.2 By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart, which is considered an offer to NB Fashion GmbH.
4.3 Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent immediately after the order has been submitted.
4.4 We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.
4.5 The risk of damage to the goods passes with the handover of the goods to the customer, otherwise with the customer's default of acceptance.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

This must be done by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.
5.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
a) If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), no later than within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
b) We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.
c) You must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days after withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.
5.3 Return of Goods
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. After these 14 days, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition, complete (including accessories and labels), unworn, unwashed with the return slip. The packaging is reserved for you. We can assign your return even without original packaging.

The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer. The refund will be made via the originally chosen payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return.
6. Payment
6.1 All prices are in Euro (€) and include the statutory value added tax.
6.2 The available payment methods are:

6.3 Payment by credit card is only permitted if the customer is also the cardholder.
6.4 Klarna invoice purchase is only available for consumers. The full terms and conditions for invoice purchase can be found on the Klarna website.
7. Warranty
7.1 Deviations in structure and color are reserved, insofar as they are material-related and customary in trade.
7.2 In the case of warranty claims, the defect must be described precisely. If an exchange is desired, this must be expressly stated.
8. Assignment
Claims against NB Fashion GmbH may not be assigned.

10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11. Retention of Title
11.1 The delivered goods remain the property of NB Fashion GmbH until full payment.
11.2 The customer is obliged to treat the goods with care during the retention of title.
11.3 The customer must report changes of address or ownership of the goods without delay.
12. Vouchers
12.1 The €15 welcome voucher advertised on the website is exclusively valid for new customers who register for the newsletter for the first time with their email address.
12.2 The voucher can only be redeemed once per customer and is only valid for the first order. A combination with other discount promotions or a subsequent credit is excluded.
12.3 The fraudulent use of multiple email addresses for multiple uses of the voucher may lead to exclusion from the voucher promotion.
12.4 We reserve the right to change voucher conditions at any time or to terminate voucher promotions in whole or in part, without giving rise to claims against us.
