Use of our webshop.

If you want to order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide personal data, which we need for the processing of your order. 4 Conclusion of contract/ Terms of delivery

5.2 Consequences of revocation:

a) If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

b) We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

5.3 Return of goods:

The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. The refund of the calculated price of the returned items will be made via the payment method chosen by the Customer when placing the order, excluding the return costs to be borne by the Customer, within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the return request or, if the goods arrive at our logistics center at a later date, after receipt of the return shipment or its proof of delivery by the Company.

6. payment

6.1 The prices are stated in euros including statutory value added tax. Payment options available to the customer are payment by Paypal, payment by immediate bank transfer, payment by credit card.

6.2 Payment by credit card is only permitted if the customer is also the holder of the credit card. If this method of payment is chosen, NB Fashion GmbH shall be authorized to charge the credit card account when the goods are ordered.

6.3 Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and that payments must be made to Klarna in each case. 7 Warranty

7.1 Deviations in structure and color remain reserved, as far as these are in the nature of the materials used and are customary.

7.2 When asserting warranty rights, the defectiveness of the item must be pointed out and, in distinction to the right of return (see § 5), it must be stated whether a replacement delivery is desired. The right of return in accordance with § 5 of these contractual conditions shall also apply in the event of a warranty claim.

11.1 The delivered goods shall remain the property of NB Fashion GmbH until full settlement of the claim existing against the customer under this purchase contract.

11.2 The customer shall be obliged to handle the goods with care for the duration of the retention of title.

11.3 The customer shall notify NB Fashion GmbH without delay of any change of ownership of the goods and any change of address.
